- Every worker has the right to fair and safe labour practices and standards and to be paid and at least a living wage consistent with the poverty datum line.
- Every person has the right to form and join trade unions or employers associations of their choice.
- Every worker has the right to strike, sit-in or stay-away, or such other concerted action.
- Every trade union, employer’s organisation and employer has the right to engage in collective bargaining.
- Men and women are entitled to equal remuneration for work of equal value.
- Women workers are entitled to fully paid maternity leave.
