“Let Us Hope and Pray Together”

This received from the MDC which I thought you’d all like to read. Stirring words - click on the image to enlarge and read. It’s hard to see how there is even a choice to be made when, on the one hand, we confront grotesque violence and ugly brutality and the language of hate; and on the other hand this. The Zimbabwe hour in world history which we are about to pass through will at last be the hour of freedom. The voice of our Lord is calling amid the din of a giddy world. But we hear His voice loud and clear. His voice is firmly in the hearts of all those who do not despair, and who know that truth and goodness will prevail.

Let us all pray daily with someone to let God hear our heart’s desires.May the Lord help us out of this prison and onto a road of freedom, prosperity and a blessed life for all, both young and old, all races, all colours and end this misery.Stay strong, the end is near.

That is really powerful. I hope hope hope that there can be some sense of a real election and that fear will not paralyze everybody (I know I would be very very scared!)
