Lots going on.The letter above had to be written and made public so the whole sequence of events which influenced Morgans decision was recorded and placed on "the Table" as it were to be examined by other legal entities so that they can be informed. I still think he has made the right decision and it appears that even China is coming around to the idea that this was not a fair exercise in democracy.
