Following the meeting with Arthur Mutambara&#039;s faction in Mugabe&#039;s office, some observers now believe that when Mugabe announces his new cabinet this week he will include some of Mutambara&#039;s MDC people in it. This way he will be able to claim he is leading a government of all parties.
