The International Criminal Court can now indict even a person in office (Sudan President). Therefore Mugabe and other criminals have to count their days. Peaceful ways can only be used with people of conscience, and we are not dealing with people of conscience. What can we do? No matter what these people say - they were forced or coerced - when change comes to Zimbabwe, they MUST be held accountable. The sight was not pleasing. A person with a mental health problem in Zimbabwe is not institutionalised they live in the street.
