This figure is continually described as between 3 and 4 million. If they had been able to cast their votes in March the result would have been a resounding victory for MDC. It is also widely acknowledged that the foreign receipts from all these people in the diaspora is one of the largest injections of forex into the country - so why are they not allowed to vote?
