Speaking in London as a guest in the Houses of Parliament Keyan prime minister Raila Odinga spoke on London's wave of violent knife crimes and suggested an alternative policy to Gordon Browns tougher stance which should '...be flexible enough to reach a compromise...' and give knife wielding youths a safe place to exit for the sake of the people in London. Now isn't that just plain ridiculous.

Sorry, my mistake... he was referring to Mugabe being given safe exit for the sake of Zimbabweans.

Well, that's alright then!

Now I see the problem for London criminals and the Metropolitan police. The crimes aren't widespread, severe or frequent enough to ignore and/or pardon.
Reply to this comment --- <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('270086','Malcolm','Speaking in London as a guest in the Houses of Parliament Keyan prime minister Raila Odinga spoke on London\'s wave of violent knife crimes and suggested an alternative policy to Gordon Browns tougher stance which should \'...be flexible enough to reach a compromise...\' and give knife wielding youths a safe place to exit for the sake of the people in London.
