The coldest hearts

Today my children heard some adults talking – one was asking others to pray for the priests and pastors of the churches in Bulawayo.
Many of you will already have heard that the local churches are sheltering and feeding people whose homes and belongings have been destroyed in “operation murambatsvina” – mugabe’s inhumane orgy of destruction and looting of the the homes of the poorest of Zimbabwe’s city dwellers.
Not satisfied with having destroyed the livelihoods of these people, or the suffering inflicted upon them in the middle of winter, these servants of evil just went one step worse!
Officers of the CIO (mugabe’s secret police) were visiting all churches who were known to be assisting those suffering. They were calling all priests and pastors to a meeting! We have no doubt whatsoever of what they were going to be told there!
The coldness of their hearts makes mid-winter in Zim suddenly seem quite warm!
