One rule for us, and another for them
Obert Mpofu is undoubtedly a very wealthy man. He has recently been on a buying spree, purchasing as many mixed (pedigree and beefmaster) cattle from whoever he can. He is using grazing at Winterblock ranch (on the main Victoria Falls Rd from Bulawayo – owned by the parastatal Cold Storage Commission).
There are also apparently Reserve Bank cattle on this ranch, which allegedly have foot and mouth disease. Mpofu cannot buy the cattle himself from the breeders as they will NOT sell to him.
So he is using a front man, Dumisani Moyo, who is doing his masters bidding by entering into private treaty, and has been confirmed as driving a South African registered car.
This is called money laundering, an action that has sent the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe on a frenzied witch-hunt in the private sector, but which they approve of and support wholeheartedly when carried out by their own cronies.
Remember that any cash they hold can be traced, but they are hiding their ill-gotten gains by purchasing whatever assets they can: houses, cars, cattle etc

4. Rape and pillage accelerates as the zanu-pf thugs realise that the end is not far away, and they must steal as much as possible (again!)

Tsvangirayi has probably by now blown his real chance to show the people of Zimbabwe what he is made of, stronger staff or otherwise. If he cannot share power with Robert does it mean he will ever want to share power with anyone? We could be seing a new dictator in the making, and we seem to be grooming many of these in the recent past. True Diplomacy has died, nationalism has been buried and in has come greed and avarice from both parties (MDC and Zanu PF). Only time will tell as I cannot tell them apart anymore; They are all happy scoring points as the country burns. Cry the beloved country.
