Political violence resumes in Odzi

Its seems as though Mugabe’s dogs of war have been unleashed yet once again, as reports are reaching us that Zanu PF youth are going door by door in Odzi and assaulting MDC supporters, telling them to “go and tell their President Tsvangirai to join the GNU”. A pregnant woman was assaulted by the youth and scalded with burning water and porridge she was preparing after being accused of being MDC and told to pass on the previously stated message. The latest developments are an indication of a resurgence of political motivated violence and come hot on the heals of reports of abductions of MDC supporters in Mashonaland West showing that Zanu PF is once again resorting to terror tactics to influence its will on the people.
