Their families know more than most how even the most wonderful Christmas present in the world cannot replace or make up for the lost presence of their loved ones. For the bereaved, the first Christmas without their loved one can be one of the hardest times of all. The recollection of times past can never make up for their absence. We must wish them all the love as shown by God himself.
