High-5 to WOZA today!

A year ago we honoured the women of WOZA (Women of Zimbabwe Arise) on International Women’s Day. Since then, WOZA has broadened its remit to embrace like-minded men. And really great news, they’ve now got their own blog titled ‘Women and Men of Zimbabwe Arise‘.

UPDATE: Jennie Williams, WOZA’s coordinator, was among the first recipients of an annual courage award in the USA yesterday. She was the only African women among this first group of recipients. We feel so proud of her! Read all the details here on SW Radio Africa.
