7th to 9th December 2007

Registration:
Friday, 7th December 2007 as from 1pm at the Braamfontein Recreation Centre

Transport:
There will be transport arrangements for only the delegates from outside Johannesburg/Pretoria

Accommodation:
There will be accommodation arrangements for only the delegates from outside Johannesburg/Pretoria

Check in:
Delegates will check in on the 7th of December. To those arriving during the day, members of Secretariat Nora and Godfrey will assist you to check in and the same applies to the delegates arriving late.

Check Out:
Check out on 9th December and should be done by 11am. Please remember to return your room keys.

Accounts:
Please do ensure that accounts for personal items such as telephone calls and laundry are settled before departure.

Dress Code:
Casual but Smart.

Room Facilities:
Please note that the meeting covers only lunch, dinner and breakfast. All other services such as bedding, room service, laundry and bar costs are at delegates own expense.
