This needs publishing widely, with photographs. We are just waiting for ZANU to (try and?) steal an election they lost. But elected governments, like the MDC, do not have to 'protest' or 'oppose', after this attempt, after the fictitious numbers have been announced, since they are the legitimate rulers already - they are just waiting for this to be 'legally' confirmed and an inauguration to take place. Ideally, they need only take up their places in Parliament and rule. There is no higher authority to protest to - except, of course, military might backed by violence headed by a military dictator. And there is no 'legal' authority that we need wait for: the ZEC is not that. Perhaps we do not have to rush to have heads broken after the ZEC has pretended to do its job: this is undue deference to the trappings of offialdom, and will walk right into Mugabe's trap: the 'opposition' will then be 'protesting' and soon the 'government' will be 'restoring order'. The whole language will work against those who have actually won, time will pass, the international media will eventually lose interest, and protestors will die. Instead, the MDC could behave like a government would - laugh at the rediculous attempt to capture the ZEC. Other countries can behave as they should, respecting the right of the elected to govern. The MDC announcing they have won is not a coup, since technically Zimbabwe has no government at the moment.I am waiting for the Foreign Embassies, European countries and the US to send their congratulations to Morgan, and to invite him to take up his seat at the UN. If anyone else says they have won a diplomatic silence should prevail, and all Zimbabwean economic relations will have to be frozen: you cannot legally trade with a country where there is not a legal government, only a bunch of thieves, since the Central Bank and currency are not authorised. There is no way he is going to lose this election. He'll rig his way to power. I'm 10000% positive he is going to be declared the winner. No tyrant will ever give up power voluntarily or concedes defeat. The only way to kick out a dictator is through violence.
