176 constituencies announced, and the results are still neck and neck

With the announcement of these next fifteen seats, the ZEC has brought the total announced to 176 constituencies. Zanu PF are now leading by one seat (with a total of 86) and MDC Tsvangirai are behind by one seat, with a total of 85. MDC Mutambara still have 5 seats.

I am not sure how the process works in Zimbabwe – could Tsvangirai and Mutambara form a coalition government? That would put them ahead of ZanuPF…
Or is there simply too much animosity between the two MDC factions for that to happen?

Looks like either Zanu are going for a sudden late splurge that will just give them, and Mugabe the edge.
Or they are trying to convince people they still have support for a govt of national unity and immunity for all the police tortures and the kleptocray keep their farms whilst the poor still starve.
Possible with the Army chief looking for a large cut for his personal pocket of all the redevelopment loans.
We will see when they finally announce the last few rigged results and the presidential vote.
