The old man said losing the election would be a curse to him, God had to make a difficult choice, giving the curse to the people of zimbabwe by making Mugabe win and realising that his people had suffered for too long gave victorty to the people of zimbabwe. It might be difficult for Mugabe to imagine life from state house, but he must get the tip from CHigwedere, and perhaps become a village headman himself. Congratulations Zimbabwe. Now is the time to rebuild our country. There is a lot to be done. I can’t find the underlying “votes cast” figures on the PVT site, even the lists for results per province don’t seem to supply votes cast on that site.

I hope someone out there can reconcile these two sets of results, as Biti ended up giving the impression that they were the same figures when they are not. I would not like to see him made to look as though he was trying to massage the results.
