Being on the list they sent it to, I received a copy of the file back in my inbox this morning. Great work, whoever that was. Clearly ZANU-PF and ZEC's inaction is a sign of a truth too ghastly to contemplate from their perspective. Today is the 28th day since the election and still no sign of results; it is the seventh day since the start of the recount during which ZEC has been able to do nothing more than confirm two of the 23 disputed results.
