The time is almost near, and fear has found a new home. By not acting out the ‘democracy’ about which he so freely sprouts forth, Mr Mugabe has reliquished his option of a ‘quiet exit’. All power to Morgan , for steadfastly refusing the ‘poison chalice’, held out by the murderer and his backers.

Public figures like Archbishop Tutu must stop talking as though they are giving a warning. The killing and maiming has started; even before the elections the death toll in Zimbabwe from hunger and preventable disease was higher than the total death toll in Darfur (what a competition).

I am so angry now that I can’t even sleep.

Also, the thing I can’t stand, and makes my blood boil, is the report by the nurse at Mutoka hospital about the children as young as four with severe burns, and that all these victims have had to be turned away, mainly because the thugs that did it have threatened to burn down the hospital if they attend to those they have brutally attacked. No words can describe this other thann perhaps SHEER ANARCHY.
