If you pay for people to return to Zimbabwe to vote on the day they still have the choice how they vote? @Sokwanele can you please put a detailed discription of the rules of engagement for voting...No postal votes except for those who are civil servants, army and embassy workers?  No votes to residents only? No votes unless you are in the area of your residence?
