Kariba Draft Constitution
- The State must–
- promote and preserve cultural values and practices which enhance the dignity and well-being of Zimbabweans; and
- encourage the preservation, development and enrichment of all indigenous languages spoken in Zimbabwe.
- The State and all citizens must endeavour to preserve and protect Zimbabwe's heritage.
